Shipping Timeframe

Although we do our best to get your package out after your order date, we cannot guarantee any specific delivery date. The shipping approximation at checkout is only an estimate. We aim to get your package out within 5 business days of your order date. Once your package is in transit, shipping times will vary depending on the carrier. 

International Fees

International customers might be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Unfortunately, these duties vary from country to country, therefore we are unable to determine what the charges might be. We also do not cover any other additional international shipping fees, such as the service fees from DHL.

For additional information, you may wish to contact your local customs office to get an idea of what these charges may be before placing your order.

Address Changes

Although we will try and do our best to accommodate an address change, we do not guarantee changes from the original address you applied at checkout. If your package gets shipped to the incorrect address, changes must be made with carrier company directly. If your package got sent back to us due to an incorrect address, we ask that you pay the shipping cost to receive their package.

 

Package Delivered

If the carrier confirms a delivery to your address, but you did not receive a package, there is nothing we can do from our end. Any requests or concerns must be made directly with the carrier beyond the point of your order leaving our shipping facility.

 

Package Stuck in Transit

If the package is stuck in transit for more than 30 days please reach out to our support email so we can help resolve the delay.
